By using CodeMe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own devices in accordance with these terms and the App Store requirements.
3. Account & Subscription
- The app is free to download and use the basic features
- Premium requires a monthly or yearly subscription via the App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
- Subscription management is done from your App Store account settings
4. Pricing & Refunds
Prices are set in the App Store and may change. Refund policy follows Apple's policy. You can request a refund via: support.apple.com/HT204084
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Use it for unlawful purposes
- Resell the app or its content
- Violate copyright for content you store
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content of your notes. We do not review or store them on our servers. You bear full responsibility for any content you create.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for data loss caused by misuse or by Apple device/iCloud failures.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page along with the last updated date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is first resolved amicably, then under applicable laws.
